Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy, meaning you have 21 days after receiving your order to request an exchange for any damaged or incorrect items.
We will take care of the shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, you can contact us at info@bethbodyoils.co.za. Once your return has been processed and is approved, we will contact you with all the relevant information to make the process smooth and easy for you. Please contact us before you send any items back, as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items.
Please check your order soon after you receive your it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our utmost best to resolve the issue timeously.
Exceptions / non-returnable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged items and no other reasons. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
